【摘要】 以稻草、五節(jié)芒和圓葉決明及羊糞為的培養(yǎng)料,通過配方設(shè)計(jì),在北峰試驗(yàn)地返生態(tài)栽培姬松茸,通過對不同配方姬松茸子實(shí)體鮮重的產(chǎn)量顯著性分析及脂肪酸的組成分析,篩選出適合仿生態(tài)栽培姬松茸的生產(chǎn)配方和栽培模式。
【Abstract】 Emulational culture formulas of Agaricus blazei Murrill was studied in our experimental plot,regard straw,Miscanthus floridulu,Cassia rotundifolia and sheep manure as composts.The fresh yield and fatty acid constituents of Agaricus blazei Murrill in different formulas were analyzed.The formulas and cultivation modal suited for emulational culture were selected.The results showed that the formula B1 were deserved further research,as the content of oleic acid,linoleic acid and ratio of polyunsatur... 更多還原
