【中文摘要】 用18個(gè)隨機(jī)引物對3個(gè)雙孢蘑菇生產(chǎn)菌株進(jìn)行RAPD擴(kuò)增,通過計(jì)算供試菌株遺傳相似系數(shù)及聚類分析,構(gòu)建供試雙孢蘑菇菌株的系統(tǒng)樹狀圖譜。結(jié)果表明,所用18個(gè)引物中有8個(gè)能對雙孢蘑菇菌株擴(kuò)增出清晰、穩(wěn)定的DNA譜帶。供試菌株2796與F56的相似程度較高,相似系數(shù)為0.8571,菌株2796、F56和菌株176的平均相似程度較低,平均相似系數(shù)只有0.4728。

【英文摘要】 Three strains of Agaricus bisporus were amplified by RAPD technique with 18 random primers. A dendrogram was generated through the assessment of the similarity coefficient of these three strains tested and systematic clustering analysis. The result showed that among 18 primers tested,8 primers could produce clear and steady band. The clustering analysis showed that the strain 2796 and F56 have higher similarity level,the similarity coefficient is 0.8571,but the strain 176 with the other two have lower similarity level,the average similarity coefficient is 0.4728.
