【中文摘要】 在黃綠蜜環(huán)菌的馴化培養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)中,篩選出幾種較適宜的瓊脂培養(yǎng)基、原種培養(yǎng)基和液體培養(yǎng)基。采用斜面培養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)初步取得了生長(zhǎng)溫度、pH值等基本數(shù)據(jù)。其生長(zhǎng)溫度范圍10℃35℃,適宜溫度25℃30℃;pH值范圍(滅菌前)410,適宜pH值6.07.0。

【英文摘要】 Along with the domestication of Armillariella mellea,some culture media have been selected such as gelose medium,grain medium,straw medium and liquid medium.A few of primary physical factors have been tested by growing mother fungi in gelose medium.The mushroom can grow within a temperature range of 10℃35℃,and the appropriate temperature for its growth is 25℃30℃.It can not grow in culture medium which have acid value beyond pH 410(before sterilization),and the proper scale is pH 6.07.0.
