【中文摘要】 本文報道在含有不同濃度無機硒的液體培養(yǎng)基中培養(yǎng)金針菇菌絲體,探討其耐硒和富硒特性。結(jié)果表明,金針菇耐硒能力不強,富硒能力較強。深層培養(yǎng)獲得的富硒金針菇菌絲體其氨基酸含量明顯高于對照,多糖含量不受影響,谷胱甘肽含量隨菌絲體硒含量的增高而下降。

【英文摘要】 The Se-resisting and Se-accumulating characters of Flammulina velutipes mycelia which was submerged fermented in liquid media of various Se content were investigated. The result showed that the capacity of Se-resistence of Flammulina velutipes mycelia was not intense, whereas the capacity of Se- accumulating was intense. The content of amino acid in the Se-accumulating mycelia gathered by sub- merged fermention was obviously higher than that of contrast. The content of polysaccharide was not affect- ed by the content of Se and the content of GSH was lower than that of the contrast.
