【摘要】 金針菇活性成分豐富,作用廣泛。對近年來國內外金針菇中活性物質的主要結構及其作用研究進行了綜述,總結了金針菇現(xiàn)階段活性物質研究情況,展望了金針菇未來可能研究方向。

【Abstract】 The active components of Flammulina velutipes were abundant.In this study,the structure of the active components and its effect of Flammulina velutipes were summaried.The research status of Flammulina velutipes were also summaried,and the research directions and development of Flammulina velutipes in the future were prospected.
