【摘要】 通過(guò)對(duì)大杯蕈栽培料配方、原料發(fā)酵處理、接種時(shí)間及覆土方式的試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明,大杯蕈適宜配方為棉籽殼40%、闊葉樹(shù)木屑40%、麥麩18%、CaCO31%、石灰1%,適宜接種時(shí)間為3月、4月,棉籽殼栽培料發(fā)酵或不發(fā)酵,脫袋覆土及袋內(nèi)覆土均可。

【Abstract】 The tests on the prescription of cultivation materials, treatment on the raw material, the time of inoculation and the method of overlaying soil were studied. The results showed that among the optimum formula of Chitocybe maxima, the cottonseed hull 40%, wood chips 40%, oat bran 18%, CaCO3 1%, calcareousness 1% were the best, the optimum time of inoculation were March or April of a year, the cultivation of cottonseed fermented or not were allowed, and soil covering without bags or with bags were allowed.
