【中文摘要】 為比較不同品質靈芝在抗腫瘤和免疫調節(jié)方面的異同,建立了腫瘤抑制和免疫調節(jié)的體外篩選細胞模型,利用體外模型對不同品質靈芝提取物的活性進行比較。用K562腫瘤細胞株測試靈芝的醇提物對腫瘤的抑制作用,用小鼠巨噬細胞測試靈芝水提物的調節(jié)免疫作用。試驗結果表明,不同品質靈芝醇提物對腫瘤細胞都有明顯的抑制作用,水提物對巨噬細胞有激活作用。

【英文摘要】 High-throughout screening model were used to investigate the effect of various grades of Ganoderma lucidum on tumor inhibition and immunostimulation.The research on anti-proliferation of tumor cells of ethanol extract and immunostimulation of water extract of Ganoderma lucidum was carried out using K562 cells and macrophages resp..The results showed that tumor cells could be inhibited by ethanol extract of Ganoderma lucidum and the macrophages could be activated by water extract of Ganoderma lucidum.
