    【中文摘要】 在PDA培養(yǎng)基和基本培養(yǎng)基中添加不同濃度的賴氨酸結(jié)構(gòu)類似物S (2 氨基乙基 ) 2′半胱氨酸 (AEC) ,觀察其對(duì)金針菇IM0 2單核菌絲和金白 1號(hào)雙核菌絲生長(zhǎng)及其粉孢子萌發(fā)的抑制作用。結(jié)果表明 ,AEC對(duì)金針菇IM0 2單核菌絲和金白 1號(hào)雙核菌絲生長(zhǎng)的抑制作用顯著不同。當(dāng)PDA培養(yǎng)基中AEC濃度為 2 0 0 0mg/L時(shí) ,對(duì)金針菇IM0 2單核菌絲生長(zhǎng)速度的抑制率為5 6 .4 % ;金白 1號(hào)雙核菌絲對(duì)AEC較敏感 ,AEC濃度為 6 2 .5mg/L時(shí) ,金白 1號(hào)雙核菌絲生長(zhǎng)完全受到抑制。當(dāng)基本培養(yǎng)基中AEC濃度為 12 0 0mg/L時(shí) ,對(duì)IM 0 2單核菌絲生長(zhǎng)速度的抑制率可達(dá) 82 .5 % ;而當(dāng)培養(yǎng)基中AEC濃度為 37.5mg/L時(shí) ,金白 1號(hào)雙核菌絲生長(zhǎng)完全受到抑制。當(dāng)PDA培養(yǎng)基中AEC濃度為 2 0 0 0mg/L時(shí) ,10d內(nèi)未見(jiàn)金針菇IM 0 2單核菌絲和金白 1號(hào)雙核菌絲產(chǎn)生的粉孢子萌發(fā)。本試驗(yàn)為金針菇高賴氨酸良種的選育奠定了基礎(chǔ)。

    【英文摘要】 The inhibition effect of lysine analogue( S-2-aminoethyl-L-cysteine,AEC)with different concentrations on the mycelial growth and oidium germination of Flammulina velutipes was observed in PDA medium and minimal medium. The experiment results showed that the inhibition effect of AEC on the growth of Flammulina velutipes IM02 mononuclear mycelium and Jingbai No.1 binuclear mycelium was significantly different. In PDA medium, when AEC concentration was 2000mg/L,the inhibition rate of AEC on the growth of Flammulina velutipes IM02 mononuclear mycelium was 56.4% ;when AEC concentration was 62.5mg/L, the growth of Flammulina velutipes Jingbai No.1 binuclear mycelium was completely inhibited. In minimal medium, when AEC concentration was 1200mg/L, the inhibition rate of AEC on the growth of Flammulina velutipes IM02 mononuclear mycelium was 82.5%; when AEC concentration was 37.5mg/L,the growth of Flammulina velutipes Jingbai No.1 binuclear mycelium was completely inhibited.
