【中文摘要】 湖南的松菌是深受當地群眾歡迎的一種野生食用菌?？墒情L期以來 ,湖南的松菌都被誤指為松乳菇 [Lactariusdeliciosus(L .:Fr .)Gray]。我們調查研究后認為 ,湖南的松菌應是紅汁乳菇 (LactariushatsutakeTanaka) ,而非松乳菇。湖南的松菌主要發(fā)生在馬尾松林下 ,與馬尾松形成共生關系。紅汁乳菇的菌根平滑 ,二叉狀 ,紫紅色。

【英文摘要】 Pine mushroom is a local delicacy in Hunan province of China. Unfortunately, this kind of mushroom has been misidentified as L. deliciosus for a long time. Our research indicates that Hunan pine mushroom is Lactarius hatsutake rather than L.deliciosus. Pine mushroom grows mainly in Pinus massoniana forests and forms symbiotic association with the pine trees. And the ectomycorrhizae of L.hatsutake are smooth, dichotomous and purple red.
