【中文摘要】 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝膠電泳分析了不同培養(yǎng)時間對黑木耳 (Auriculariaauricula)單核菌株 7種酶同工酶的影響 ,其中EST、MDH、FDH的同工酶酶譜在菌絲生長階段較穩(wěn)定 ,培養(yǎng)2 0d的單核菌株H2 和J3的EST、MDH和FDH的同工酶分別出現(xiàn) 3個、2個和 1個多態(tài)性位點(diǎn) ,可用于H2 與J3雜交后代同工酶基因位點(diǎn)的遺傳分析。培養(yǎng)時間不同的H2 和J3的ADH、GDH、ME、ACP的同工酶酶譜變化較小 ,單核菌株H2 和J3的同工酶酶譜無顯著的多態(tài)性表現(xiàn)。

【英文摘要】 Seven isozymes of monocaryotic mycelia of Auricularia auricula cultured for 10d?20d and 30d respectively were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results revealed that the isozyme zymograms of EST?MDH and FDH were relatively stable during the mycelial growth period of the monocaryotic strains H 2 and J 3, and that the polymorphic loci of isozymes were found to be 3,2 and 1 resp. as the mycelia of H 2 and J 3 were cultured for 20d, which could be used for the genetic analysis of isozyme gene loci for the cross progenies of H 2 and J 3. The zymograms of ADH?GDH?ME and ACP isozyme did not show significant differences when the mycelia of H 2 and J 3 were cultured for different times. And no significant polymorphism was shown between the isozyme zymograms. So these isozymes could not be used for genetic analysis.
