【中文摘要】 對 10種原材料和 37個配方進行實驗 ,篩選出一個適合金針菇深層發(fā)酵的培養(yǎng)基配方 :麩皮 50g ,黃豆粉 50 g ,蔗糖 10 g ,磷酸二氫鉀 1.0 g ,硫酸鎂 0 .5g ,水 10 0 0mL ,pH自然 ,其菌絲產(chǎn)量高達 39.758g/L。

【英文摘要】 Ten kinds of materials and thirty seven medium formulae were studied. The liquid medium suitable for Flammulina velutipes submerged culture was screened out. Its compositions were as follows: wheat bran 50g, soybean meal 50g, sucrose 10g, KH 2PO 4 1.0g, MgSO 4 0.5g, water 1000mL with native pH. And the highest mycelium yield reaehed 39.758g/L.
