【中文摘要】 ZME1301號(hào)肝色牛排菌[Fistulina hepatica(schaeff)Fr.]是在浙南山區(qū)新發(fā)現(xiàn)的野生資源菌。本文從形態(tài)特征及溫度、水分、pH、光照等因子與菌絲生長(zhǎng)和子實(shí)體形成發(fā)育的關(guān)系方面進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,菌絲生長(zhǎng)的最適溫度為25℃,最適pH為4.0～4.5,光是子實(shí)體原基形成、分化發(fā)育不可缺少的條件之一。這為肝色牛排菌的人工栽培、開發(fā)利用提供了科學(xué)依據(jù)。

【英文摘要】 Fistulina hepatica (Schaeff. ) Fr. ZME 1301 is a wild strain newly discovered in the mountainous area of South Zhejiang Province. Investigations on its morphology and the effect of the cultural temperature, water content, pH and light on mycelium growth, the formation and development of the fruitbody are carried out in this study. The study shows that the optimum temperature for mycelium growth is 25℃ and the optimum pH is 4.0-4.5. Light is one of the indispensable conditions for the formation of primordia, the differentiation and development of fruitbody. The results provide a scientific basis for the utilization and development of Fistulina hepatica.
