【中文摘要】 本文報(bào)道了松口蘑[Tricholoma matsutake（Ito et Imai）Singer]和青岡蕈（T.quercicola）的生態(tài)習(xí)性,以及氨基酸、蛋白質(zhì)等營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分的組成和含量.調(diào)查結(jié)果表明,松口蘑的寄主植物為松屬（Pinus）植物,而青岡蕈的寄主植物為櫟類（Quercus）植物.松口蘑所需的溫度、光照高于青岡蕈,但濕度低于青岡蕈.松口蘑子實(shí)體中的蛋白質(zhì)、脂肪、粗纖維和灰分等含量均高于青岡蕈,但氨基酸總量以青岡蕈為最高,青岡蕈子實(shí)體中缺蛋氨酸.

【英文摘要】 The ecology characters and nutrient compositions such as amino acid, protein of Tricholoma matsutake and T. quercicola and their contents are reported in this paper. The observation result indicates that the host plant of Tricholoma matsutake is Pinus and that of T. quercicola is Quercus. The temperature and light requirement for Tricholoma matsutake is higher than that of T. quercicola, but the moisture requirement of the former is lower than that of the latter. It is found that the content of protein, fat, crude fibre and ash in the fruitbody of Tricholoma matsutake is higher than that of T. quercicola, but the amino acid content of the former is lower than that of T. quercicola, and the T. quercicola is short of methioine in its fruitbody.
