【中文摘要】 選用我國白靈菇的13株主栽品種和1株糙皮側(cè)耳作為參照,按其特征劃分為不同的類型。結(jié)果顯示:13株白靈菇可分為4個大類。說明我國白靈菇主栽品種間遺傳物質(zhì)相似程度很高,表明現(xiàn)有栽培品種缺乏豐富的基因型,品種比較單一,市場上白靈菇命名的混亂情況,不僅有同種異名的情況,還有異名同種的現(xiàn)象,亟待整頓和規(guī)范。

【英文摘要】 Thirteen strains of Pleruotus nebrodensis and a strain of Pleurotus ostreatus collected from china were studied with mycelial and fructification morphology.This result shows that those strains of Pleurotus nebrodensis in china had similiar genetic type in high degree.So the cultivated strains of Pleurotus nebrodensis in China are few,and the naming of them is jumbled.Some strains with different name are the same one,but the other with the same name are the different strains in the market.
