【中文摘要】 從白蟻蟻巢中長出的黑柄炭角菌菌索分離純化出黑柄炭角菌菌種,并對該菌的培養(yǎng)特性進行了研究,表明:黑柄炭角菌對葡萄糖、果糖的利用效果較好,蛋白胨、黃豆粉、蠶蛹粉是良好的氮源,檸檬酸對菌絲體生長有促進作用,黑柄炭角菌是一種中溫性真菌,在22℃-30℃下均能夠生長。但最適合培養(yǎng)的溫度為25℃-26℃。菌絲在PH值為5.0-8.0之間均能生長,但以6.0左右為最佳。

【英文摘要】 The spawn of Xylaria nigripes was got from the rhizomorph of the Xylaria nigripes which grows in the net of termite.Through a series of studies on the cultrue character,the results indicated that the glucose and the fructose were the optimum carbon source for it's growth;the peptone,sourenir powder and silkworm powder were the optimum nitrogen source;the citric acid can promote the growth of it's mycelium.Xylaria nigripes was a middle-temperature fungus which can grow at the circumstance of 22℃～30℃,but the optimum temperature is 25℃～26℃ and the optimum pH for it's growth is about 6.0.
