【中文摘要】 我國食用菌覆土歷史流長，食用菌履土機制理論日益豐富，栽培技術日臻完善。食用菌覆土技術廣泛地應用在食用菌生產上，表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)良的生物學效應，促進生長效應、后動效應與優(yōu)質效應，有效地增加菇的產量，一般增產２０—４０％，有些菇類增產２００％以上，顯示出很好的經濟效益、社會效益及廣闊的應用前景。

【英文摘要】 Abstract In this paper the long history of casing cultivation of edible mushroomswas reviewed and the mechanism of that was expouned and the applicationwas introduced.In recent years the casing technique had wide application andhad got good economic results and social benefits,In practics application ofcasing technique can speed growth long time and improve quality and increa-se out put of edible mushrooms in general rule, The output of various ediblemushrooms had been increased from 20 200%respectively,We shouldbelieve that application of casing technique has wide prospect.
