【中文摘要】 利用香菇和風尾菇之間的遺傳差異，對現有所使用的殺菌劑農藥不同反應，進行完全抑制生長所需超過的最小殺菌劑進度（ＰＩＣ）試驗。結果表明鳳尾菇的托布津ＰＩＣ為６０ｕｇ／ｍｌ，但香菇在此濃度下可正常生長。相反香菇的百菌清ＰＩＣ為４０ｕｇ／ｍｌ，鳳尾菇在此濃度下則可生長。當這兩種殺菌劑以ＰＩＣ濃度混合配制培養(yǎng)基時，這兩種菇均被完全抑制生長。自然交叉耐藥性給我們提供了一種穩(wěn)定的遺傳標志。

【英文摘要】 Shiitake mushroom (Lentinus edodes) and Phoenix mushroom(Pleurotus sajor- caju)have different response to the fungicide which was used to control disease now becauseof their differece in genetic factor. Some fungicide concentrations exceeding the mininumrequired to fully inhibit the growth of two strains(parental inhibit concentration PIC)Were test. The result indicated that the Phoenix’s PIC of thiophanate is 60ugml-1,outShiitake can grow regularly at the tnedium containing same concentration. shiitake' s PICof chlorothalonil is 40ugml￣-1 but Phoenixgrowth cann' t be inhibited fully at this conce-ntration.However,both of muslirooms cann't grow at the medium which contain 40ugml￣-1chlorothalonil and 60ugml￣-1 thiophanate. This provides us for a genetic marker of natu-ral cross fungicide resistant between two mushrooms.
