白靈側(cè)耳水漬狀斑點(diǎn)病初探

【摘要】 近幾年白靈側(cè)耳(Pleurotus nebrodensis)水漬狀斑點(diǎn)病(wet blotch disease)頻繁發(fā)生,對(duì)罹病樣品進(jìn)行顯微觀察和病原菌分離,并對(duì)附生優(yōu)勢(shì)菌株進(jìn)行分子鑒定和致病性研究。結(jié)果表明,在水漬狀病變組織內(nèi)未發(fā)現(xiàn)和分離到細(xì)菌和其它真菌;病斑表面的附生優(yōu)勢(shì)菌株L1和F1分別為Pseudomonas sp.和Arthrobacter sp.,回接試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)無(wú)致病性,初步推斷該病害不是由細(xì)菌或真菌侵染引起的。

【Abstract】 In recent years,the incidence of wet blotch of Pleurotus nebrodensis,a disease characterized by water-filled lesions on the mushroom pileus,has increased,causing serious losses to growers.In this study,samples were taken from diseased fruit bodies in greenhouses located in Hebei Province and Tianjin City.Fungal mycelia and bacteria were isolated from the diseased tissue and from the surface of wet blotch lesions,and examined by microscopy.Predominant bacterial strains were identified based on 16...
