Abstract：Fat pholiota (Pholiota adiposa), a bright coloured delicious mushroom, is a kind of rare edible fungi newly developed in China. It is rich in nutrients with good commercial prospects. And the biological characteristics, nutritional ingredients and cultivation techniques of fat pholiota are fully and accurately accounted in this paper.

摘　要：黃柳菇系國(guó)內(nèi)新開(kāi)發(fā)的珍稀食用菌,具有味道鮮美、營(yíng)養(yǎng)豐富、色澤鮮艷等特點(diǎn),有較好的商業(yè)潛力.本文詳述了黃柳菇的生物學(xué)特性、營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分和栽培管理技術(shù).
