【中文摘要】 測定了絨柄肝菌子實體中的營養(yǎng)成分,結果表明其粗蛋白質、粗脂肪、粗纖維、多糖和甘露醇含量分別是31.84%、0.99%、8.56%、1.30%和0.90%。測定的18種氨基酸中,8種必需氨基酸含量占氨基酸總量的40.37%;必需氨基酸與非必需氨基酸比值為0.68。

【英文摘要】 Crude protein,crude fat,crude fiber,crude polysaccharide and mannitol levels in Boletus tomentipes fruit bodies were 31.84%,0.99%,8.56%,1.30% and 0.90%,respectively.Eighteen different amino acids were detected in the fruit bodies,and essential amino acids accounted for 40.37% of the total amino acid content.The ratio of essential amino acids/non-essential amino acids was 0.68.
