【中文摘要】 對(duì)培養(yǎng)一定時(shí)間的香菇菌絲接種綠色木霉(Trichoderma viride)后過(guò)氧化物酶同工酶的變化進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,香菇菌絲接種木霉后,其過(guò)氧化物酶同工酶酶譜均有所變化,抗霉能力強(qiáng)的品種,酶譜譜帶增加兩條以上,而抗性一般和抗性弱的香菇品種,其酶譜譜帶僅增加一條或反而減少。

【英文摘要】 The change of the peroxidase isozyme in Lentinula edodes mycelia cultured for certain period after being inoculated with Trichoderma viride was studied. And it was showed in our test that the peroxidase isozynie zymogram of L. edodes mycelia after being inoculated with Trichoderma viride varied in the number of zymogram bands. The zymogram of the strains with strong resistance to Trichoderma viride increased in more than 2 bands while the zymogram of the strains with general or weak resistance to Trichoderma viride increased only in one band or its number of zymogram band even reduced.
