【中文摘要】 該研究通過(guò)在高原地域栽培大球蓋菇的菌種培養(yǎng)基選擇和生產(chǎn)模式探索 ,重點(diǎn)對(duì)兩種栽培配方 ,三種播種時(shí)期的研究分析 ,總結(jié)出一套高原地域大球蓋菇栽培的高產(chǎn)技術(shù)。研究結(jié)果表明 :高產(chǎn)的技術(shù)關(guān)鍵是選擇合適的栽培季節(jié) ;雜木屑和草木灰對(duì)大球蓋菇生長(zhǎng)有明顯促進(jìn)作用 ;原材料要新鮮 ,播種量要大 ,采用混播 ,光照要足 ;發(fā)菌期的溫度和出菇期的濕度調(diào)控是關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。大球蓋菇單產(chǎn)可達(dá) 8kg/m2 以上 ,生物學(xué)效率可達(dá)4 0 %多。

【英文摘要】 High yield cultivation of Stropharia rugosoannulata in tableland area according to selecting the fungus strain and exploring the production mode,analyzing the two cultivation ground substances and the three periods of growing.The research illustrated the key of selecting suitable growing season.The mixed with wood dust and plant ashes are beneficial for the growing of Stropharia rugosoannulata,the raw material must be fresh and need to control the temperature when the fruit body starts to grow.The output of Stroparia rugosoannulata exceeds in 8kg/m 2.Biology efficiency can reach 40%.
